It is the black square looking device with a mounting nut in the center located on one side of the chassis. Wires from the power transformer will be connected to it.The same person also said that tantalum caps may have a unique impedance vs frequncy curve that no other cap will provide. I had a whole different group tell me that, all tantalum caps should be replaced with aluminum electrolytics because they are prone to shorting. All the caps on my board are over 40 years old.
