You can stack atk and spd on Kafka and she’ll work great, whereas other DPSes need atk, spd, cr, and cd.I'd consider ruan mei be on par with BS for kafka, as it delays enemy action while not delaying application of all dots at the same time, it is very strong on top of cracked buffs: 70% break effect and 66% dmg bonus + 25% res pen + 10% speed.
