It worked for me but took several tries to find someone willing/able to do it manually. Edit: The issue for me was that the phone was old and didn't keep FEH running in the background while the browser loaded.When promoted to 5*, many 3* and 4* heroes can easily match or even surpass 5*-exclusive heroes in the same niche, so don't write them off just because of the lower rarity. 3* and 4* heroes are also easier to merge.
