Honestly, it is probably worth so much partly because it is still newer and unlike the other orbs, it is a BiS item. In like a +12 zerk ring would probably be better tbh. I'm interested in whether it's useful for Fight Cave speedruns. Any slayer task where you would use a sgs it is probably a big supply saver. Also slayer bosses like cerb, demonic gorillas, etc it would probably extend trips there by quiet a lot.
