Being able to increase damage in PvP means easier access to a 120 RPM Hand Cannon with two-tap potential. You take an attack that is normally a 200 HP. with 40% from resilience this goes to 120 HP. BUT after that the next damage resistance goes of that new value. So then you have 120 HP with another 40% damage resisntece which brings you to 72 HP.
